The City of Woodland Building Inspection Division is located in the City Hall Annex, 520 Court Street, Woodland, CA 95695.

Hours

The Department's public counter is open 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday.  Please note: The Department has resources available to ensure permit issuance between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.  The office is closed on all legal holidays.

Permits need to be applied for in person during regular business hours.
Inspection requests are taken in person at the Building Division counter, or by phone.
