Senior Basketball League Registration Form 

Teams play 5-on-5 in an 10-game season throughout the late-fall and early winter with a mid-season tournament. Player shoot-around is Thursdays, 6:30-9:00pm, October 7-28 (October 7th is for 50+ only) and games begin November 1, 2010. Player registration deadline is October 29, 2010. Registration fees are $80 per player per division or $130 for both divisions. Other fees include non-resident fees, and $15 late registration fee.
